2. What data does Lumedi process and for what purpose?

c) telephone number(s), email address(es), bank account number(s)
d) other personal information that may be required by our organisation, such as social media accounts
2.2 Lumedi processes the personal data referred to in section 2.1 for the following purposes:
a) your name, address, telephone number and email address are used to contact you regarding your membership and any cancellation thereof, registration and deregistration for third-party certifications, providing information requested by you or processing information received from you;
b) your name, address details and telephone number are used to send invitations and information about Lumedi services and activities;
c) your name and bank account number are used to process payments, including membership fees, courses, training sessions, orders and services purchased.
2.3 Your name and telephone number may be used for up to one year after the end of the agreement to ask about your experiences with Lumedi and to keep you informed about developments at Lumedi.
Email communications (opt-out):
Lumedi uses your name and email address to send you its email newsletter containing information about activities, services and other information relating to Lumedi. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
3. Retention periods
Lumedi processes and stores your personal data for a period of 7 years after completion of the purchase. After this period, the personal data will be deleted.
4. Security measures and processors
4.1 To protect your personal data, Lumedi has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures.
4.2 For the processing of personal data, Lumedi uses the services of third parties, referred to as processors. We have entered into data processing agreements with these processors.
5. Right of access, deletion, questions and complaints
5.1 You can submit a request to Lumedi to access, receive, amend or delete your personal data. Lumedi will process your request and inform you about the outcome within one month of receiving it.
5.2 If you wish to object to the further processing of your personal data as referred to in Article 2, you may also contact Lumedi.
5.3 If you have a complaint about the way Lumedi processes your personal data or handles your requests, you may contact the Data Protection Officer.
